Ingredients
- 4-6 T Krewe Foods Muffuletta Olive Salad (Original, Ghost Pepper, or Chipotle)
- 1 lb Crawfish Boiled Potatoes
- Creole Mustard
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 1-2 T Capers
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Lemon Juice (optional)
- Boiled Crawfish Tails (optional)
Directions
Purchase or cook crawfish boiled potatoes. Take a fork and lightly smash potatoes. Add creole mustard (just enough to coat) and mix. Add Krewe Foods Muffuletta Olive Salad (partially drain oil) and mix. Thinly slice the celery and mix. Add capers and mix. Add splash of red wine vinegar and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix and chill. (Pro tip: Add boiled crawfish tails to turn a side dish into a tasty appetizer!)
