Ingredients

  • Crusty bread (muffuletta, French, ciabatta)
  • Provolone (or favorite cheeses)
  • Fresh spinach (or mixed greens and spinach)
  • Krewe Foods Muffuletta Olive Salad (Original, Ghost Pepper, or Chipotle)
  • Sun dried Tomatoes

Directions

Slice and lightly toast bread. For the health conscious, use whole-wheat bun or multi-grain bread. Layer provolone or favorite cheeses, a generous amount of fresh spinach or a mixture of spring greens and spinach; top with Krewe Foods Muffuletta Olive Salad and sun dried tomatoes.
